What We Offer:

Sunset Hill has beautiful sunset views every night, plus a huge weeping willow that is beautiful for ceremonies or for pictures.

Our 45-acre farm has gorgeous views all around and we have several options for where you can have your ceremony and reception or other outdoor event.

For weddings, we have a plush suite for the bride and bridesmaids, and a man-cave for the groom and groomsmen. Both areas are stocked with snacks, beverages and other items that might be needed.

We use a tent for ceremonies, banquets, and receptions, which we can decorate to your preference.

Our Package:

We include as much as possible in our package, so very few items will have to be added to your final price.

Our package, for a 150 guest event is $12,625. This price includes:

  • $25 per person buffet

  • Tent & lighting

  • Tables for dinner

  • Linens and dinnerware - flatware, tableware, and stemware

  • Dance floor & sound system

  • Arbor for ceremony

  • Table, chair, & tent decorations

  • 5 Hours on premises from time of ceremony and 2 hours prior, plus 1 hour for rehearsal

  • Site for engagements and bridal portraits

  • Garden chairs for ceremony & reception

  • Wedding Cake

  • Director, Wedding Planner

  • Sparklers/bubbles for departure

A large portion of the expenses are in your control and your final price can end up lower than the package listed above. Your price will depend on the style of your wedding, the number of guests, and the food you choose. Food vendors can be selected from our list of preferred vendors.

Accommodations:

Extra services that can be purchased include:

  • Extra time in bridal suite on day of wedding (maybe for hair & makeup appointments)

  • Bridal luncheon - a good time to give your bridesmaids their gifts, or can be used for a bridal shower

  • A special send-off - carriage, hot air balloon, antique car, etc

  • Bartender/ABC License

  • Meal for after rehearsal dinner

  • DJ
